The Explorers spent the day in the canoes whilst the Scouts spent the morning playing some games on site and the afternoon in Hay-on-Wye. In the evening we held the annual patrol meal challenge. The patrols had a challenging budget with which to cook a 3 course meal for themselves and their selected leaders. As usual we were impressed with both the complexity and quality of the meals cooked! Well done to all the kids!
